Coping Skills Conference

The Misophonia Matters May Conference  is hosted by the International Misophonia Foundation as part of Misophonia Matters May. This year’s topic is “Misophonia Coping Skills”. As we recognize that there is no current approved treatment for misophonia, the purpose of this retreat is to provide a variety of topics on coping with misophonia, without one view taking center-stage. This is not a research-based event. While citations are encouraged and can be shared, the purpose is to provide information, activities, and skills that can be immediately incorporated into coping with Misophonia. Each panelist will have 1-hour presentations including 45-minute PowerPoints and 15 minutes for answering questions. This conference will run roughly from 10am ET until 5pm ET (may change as more presenters are added). Official presenters will be listed as they are confirmed.
